Refund/ Return Policy
1. OUR COMMITMENT
At Skinvest Care Private Limited, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Each order is carefully packed and handled to ensure it reaches you in the best condition.
However, if something does not go as expected, our team is here to assist you with a fair and efficient resolution.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order:
- Within 1 hour of placing the order, or
- Before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier

- Partial cancellations (specific items from an order) are not permitted
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
3. REFUND FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
- For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be initiated
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos for verification
Once verified, we will offer:
- Replacement
- OR
- Full refund
5. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If you receive an incorrect or missing item:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide order details and supporting proof
An unboxing video is strongly recommended to help us resolve the issue quickly.
6. PRODUCT NOT SUITABLE
If you feel a product is not suitable or effective:
- Contact us within 7 days of consistent use
- Our team will review your concern and guide you accordingly
In genuine cases, we may offer:
- Product guidance
- Store credit / coupon (at our discretion)
7. SKIN SENSITIVITY / ADVERSE REACTIONS
Our products are formulated with care; however, individual skin types may react differently.
We strongly recommend:
- Conducting a patch test before use
If irritation or adverse reaction occurs:
- Discontinue use immediately
- Contact us for assistance
Skinvest is not liable for reactions caused due to:
- Failure to follow instructions
- Known allergies
- Mixing with other products
8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Opened or tampered packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
9. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS
- We do not provide medical or dermatological treatment services
- We do not offer monetary compensation beyond product value
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. DELAY OR REFUSAL OF REQUESTS
