Once your order is placed and processed by Skinvest, it cannot be cancelled. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation can be done via responding to the COD order confirmation message on Whatsapp or during our verification call or by contacting support by either calling or emailing. If you need to update your address or contact information, please reach out to us through our whatsapp chat support or email us on We can accommodate these changes within 12 hours of order placement or before shipping, whichever occurs earlier. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.


  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to broken seals, as they cannot be repackaged or resold.
  • Returns are only accepted for products that are physically damaged during transit, have defects, or are incorrectly shipped. To initiate a return, send an email with unboxing videos and photos of the damaged/incorrect product to within 24 hours of receiving the order. The damage should be visible in the photos.
  • Returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted if the product has been used, opened, or if the serial number is tampered with.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect and validate the claim. Eligible returns will receive replacements, while ineligible ones will be returned to the customer.
  • If a prepaid order is declined during delivery (prior to acceptance and opening), and subsequently returned to Skinvest, the refunded amount will be adjusted to account for the shipping costs associated with both the initial dispatch and the return journey from the customer's address.
