Shipping Policy

  1. Order Confirmation

    Upon placing an order, you will receive confirmation via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. A separate notification will be sent once the order is dispatched.

  2. Dispatch & Delivery

    Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
    • Metro/major cities: 3–5 business days
    • Other locations: 5–7 business days
    • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen delays.
  4. Shipping Charges

    Prepaid orders below ₹1000: ₹50 shipping fee

    Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 per order

  5. Multiple Shipments

    Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.

  6. Tracking

    Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS after dispatch.

  7. Address Modification

    Address changes may be requested before dispatch only.

  8. Delivery Issues

    Customers must report delivery issues (damage, delay, missing items) within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist in resolution with courier partners.

  9. Damaged / Lost Shipments

    If the product is damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours with proof (images/videos). We will investigate and provide a resolution.

  10. Non-Delivery / Return to Origin

    If an order is returned due to refusal or failed delivery attempts, refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

  11. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
