Shipping Policy for Skinvest
Order Confirmation: We'll send you an email and Whatsapp message confirmation about your order and another to confirm its dispatch and acceptance.
Dispatch Details: We try to dispatch all the products in the same package to avoid any wastage, but in some cases we might dispatch separately.
Inspection & Packaging: All products are carefully inspected and packaged before being handed to our trusted delivery partners.
Delivery Time: Our partners will aim to deliver your package promptly. If issues arise, they'll contact you for resolution.
Dispatch Time: Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Charges: Prepaid orders below Rs.1000 have Rs.50 shipping charges. COD orders incur a shipping fee of INR 100 per order.
Dispute Resolution: Inform us of shipping or delivery disputes within 48 hours via email (skincare.skinvest@gmail.com), preferably within 24 hours, for timely resolution.
Damages
Skinvest is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. We suggest you contact the carrier partner & file a claim, also retain packaging materials before you file a claim.
Skinvest Product Packaging
We pack all our products in secondary packaging to avoid spilling or damage to the tubes/bottles. Few of our fragile products require extra packaging and for that we use bubble wrap. But, we try to minimise the use of plastic in our packaging as much as possible. Ingredient list and how to use the product is mentioned on the secondary packaging and you can also find it on our website.
Estimated Delivery Time
For reputable courier areas, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Other areas may take 5-7 days. At Skinvest, we strive to create a satisfying customer journey by delivering products in line with the communicated Estimated Delivery Date. Yet, occasional unforeseen delays due to uncontrollable and unforeseeable logistical hurdles might occur. In such cases, we appreciate your understanding and collaboration. Additionally, Skinvest holds the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion if extended delivery times or untraceable shipments arise. Refunds for cancelled product(s) will be processed to the customer.
Delivery Date
Displayed dates are tentative. Post-shipment, we'll share the Estimated Delivery Date for tracking.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatching the order, you'll receive an email with tracking number and courier details to track your order from Skinvest.
Address Change
The customer can change the address only in case the order is not shipped which is either it is confirmed or pending in status. Please note that charges/taxes might vary in case of address change.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
To ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience for all Skinvest customers, please review the following important delivery guidelines. These terms are part of our shipping policy and apply to all orders placed through our website.
Order Refusal OTP:
Do not share the refusal OTP with the delivery agent unless you wish to decline the order. Sharing this OTP confirms that you are rejecting the parcel.
Tampered or Damaged Packaging:
If the outer brown shipping box appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept the package. Return it to the delivery agent immediately, or contact our customer care team at 80516 36363 while the delivery agent is present.
Absence at Delivery Time:
We strongly advise customers not to permit delivery agents to leave packages unattended or drop them off in your building or with a third party in your absence. Once a package is marked as delivered, Skinvest will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
Unboxing Video Requirement for Claims:
Please ensure you record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package. In case of any product damage or discrepancy, claims must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us escalate the issue with our courier partners effectively.
